Thursday, 12 July - Adelaide Crows v Geelong Cats Adelaide Crows midfielder Bryce Gibbs was charged after engaging in rough conduct against Geelong midfielder Joel Selwood. The incident occurred during the first quarter, at Adelaide Oval. The MRO assessed the incident as "careless conduct with low impact to the head". The incident is classified as a $3000 sanction, but an early plea will enable Gibbs to accept a $2000 sanction. Adelaide Crows forward Taylor Walker was charged after engaging in rough conduct against Geelong defender Zach Tuohy. The incident occurred during the first quarter. The MRO assessed the incident as "careless conduct with medium impact to the head". The incident is classified as a one-match suspension.
